Lori Konkle painted over 527 watercolors holding the brush in her mouth due to advanced multiple sclerosis. A very devout and optimistic person, Lori almost never complained about her life in a wheelchair. Lori’s lovely landscapes, impressionistic flowers and lively animals remind us of the folk art of Grandma Moses. Lori worked in watercolor and in gouache which is opaque watercolor.
